What Vliegparkeren is
Vliegparkeren is a comparison and referral service. We show information about parking providers at airports, calculate a total price for your trip and refer you to the provider's website. We do not sell parking spaces ourselves.
Your contract is with the provider
If you book a parking space, you enter into a contract with the provider, not with Vliegparkeren. The provider is responsible for the service, the price, the payment, the confirmation, cancellations and handling complaints. The provider's terms apply to your booking.
Prices and information
Prices with a ± are indicative. We calculate them from publicly published rates and state the date on which we checked them. We estimate prices for periods the provider does not publish itself from its other prices. The price and terms on the provider's website at the time of booking are decisive.
We do our best to show information such as addresses, transfer times, facilities and cancellation terms correctly, but we cannot guarantee that everything is always up to date and complete.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for the services of providers, such as the parking, the shuttle or the valet service, damage to or theft of your car, delays or cancellations. Nor are we liable for damage caused by information on our website differing from that of the provider. If you have a problem with your parking space, please contact the provider.
Fees from providers
Comparing is free. We may receive a fee from some providers if you book via our link. You pay no extra fees through us. You can read how this works on the How we compare page.
Use of the website
You may use the website to compare parking spaces for your own use. It is not permitted to scrape the website automatically, to overload it or to misuse it in any other way.
Account
If you create an account, you make sure you use a strong password that you do not share with others. In case of misuse we may block or delete an account.
Applicable law
These terms and the use of the website are governed by Dutch law.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when that last happened.
